Three years seems like a long time, but that just is an optimistic estimate of the time-frame that is required for the extensive renovations of Victoria Concert Hall / Victoria Theatre complex to be completed. Behind the hoardings, one can discern that the entire interior of VT has been gutted. It remains to be seen what the new interior will be like when both venues reopen (hopefully) in 2013.
