A disclaimer: My visits to Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur were wholly borne by myself. No public funds were used to cover my stays in both cities, which included attending other musical events (The Joy of Music Festival 2015 and 6th Asean Chopin Piano Competition), lots of shopping and tons of good food. These articles were also wholly voluntary, for which no remuneration was sought or received. Goodwill, on the other hand, was free and plentiful.
