Suka Makan returns to Singapore! It is a case of so near yet so far, when one considers how near the relocated Bukit Timah Food Centre is to Bukit Timah Plaza. It has such an amazing variety of food, yet we have more ignored it over the years. That is our loss, but we are making up for lost ground, lost time and lost space in our stomachs.
This centre is huge and labyrinthine. There are many nooks and crannies that are often missed, and many interesting tasty surprises await. This evening we visited one of these corners.

There is an interesting Italian kitchen that serves restaurant dishes at a sub-restaurant price. That's what we'll try next!
